Using SAP HANA, SAP Business objects and Tableau Desktop, the purpose of this role is to design, develop and maintain reporting and data analysis tools to assist management in monitoring performance against targets, and to manage Program of Work areas of interest. Ensure compliance with documented governance guidelines and support delivery of regulatory reporting requirements and internal and external audit requests.

Design, develop and implement automated reporting solutions and KPI dashboards using Business Objects Excelcius, and other reporting systems. Liaise with external industry regulators and auditors to verify the accuracy and compliance of all reported performance results..

Develop performance indicators for relevant management levels and ensure all products adhered to strict governance guidelines, including documentation, sign-off and approvals by all information owners prior to any modification of published information.Monitor data integrity and investigate any areas of concern to ensure 100% accuracy of all reported performance results.

Manage a team of data officers to investigate and cleanse outage asset events occurring anywhere in the Ergon Energy Network. Monitor daily outage performance and consult with business leaders to provide performance and outage information to government organisations, regulators and external industry auditors.Interpret regulatory performance targets (QCA, AER STPIS) and break down and allocate the required targets across geographical areas of the business to ensure performance targets would be met while at the same time driving reliability performance improvement in all areas.
