I am a Director of MDS Transmodal Ltd, a specialist freight transport consultancy based in Chester. I have been with the company for 23 years and bring more than 27 years’ experience within the logistics and freight transport sector to the team.I advise clients in both the public and private sectors, and have previously provided expert witness evidence at public planning inquiries on rail freight and logistics matters.I specialise in logistics, road and rail freight operations, transport economics, the planning system and transport policy analysis and development. Before joining MDS Transmodal, I worked for 5 years in the Third Party Logistics sector, both as a Contract Manager and Project Implementation Manager.I have a BSc in Geography and a MSc in International Transport.
