- Perform tactical and strategic systems engineering roles for the MSL mission, including spacecraft health state assessment, anomaly response and resolution, uplink plan development, and sequence validation and verification.- Manage testbed configuration, code base, and task allocation for a team of six engineers; lead anomaly investigations; trend testbed telemetry and consumables; support testbed users with troubleshooting and shift coverage; and communicate with project staff and key stakeholders as MSL Testbed Systems Engineering Lead.- Apply in-depth technical problem-solving skills and perform root cause analysis to investigate, analyze, test, and document conclusions, solutions, and workarounds to flight vehicle and testbed anomalies.- Support pre-launch operations preparation for the Lunar Traiblazer mission; own GNC/ADCS and maneuver sequence generation tools, manage spacecraft parameters, and design project’s activity development process.- Supervise Lunar Trailblazer tactical shifts as Flight Director during ORTs and thread tests.

- Commanded the Lunar Flashlight spacecraft and flatsat testbed, and analyzed telemetry and test data, as part of JPL's first lunar CubeSat mission. Served as ACS and Propulsion Lead for Operations.- Wrote and tested propulsion, comms, instrument operations, ACS, and safe mode sequences as Lead Command Sequence Developer. Documented and enforced flight rules during sequence generation and live operations.- Coordinated and performed Operational Readiness Tests, as an operator and as Test Conductor.- Wrote procedures and command sequences for and performed day-in-the-life testing on the Lunar Flashlight spacecraft and flatsat to support I&T and operations. Compiled test reports to close out V&V of requirements.- Worked closely with teams from JPL, Marshall Space Flight Center, and the Deep Space Network to develop mission ConOps, coordinate mission planning, and establish operational interfaces.
