The times of focusing on only one aspect of the problem are over, with the world becoming more and more interconnected.I studied Biology for my Bachelor's and Global Change for my Master's. As a result, I have good knowledge on a wide range of environmental topics and, due to the interdisciplinary nature of my Master's, I also have a good basis on law, economics and communication.My work experience is limited. I have worked as a student tutor at a university, as a journalist in an eNGO and with the governmental GIZ (German Development Cooperation) for cumulatively 1.5 years. I nonetheless feel like I learned a lot and gained a number of skills.While I am very able to produce administrative documents, including minutes, translations and communication material, I also enjoy practical work, going to the field and working directly with the people or environment at hand.The most important lessons I learned when I was living abroad, both for my personal and professional development. I believe that my stays in Ireland and Ethiopia (6 months each) and the different people I met and experiences I have had along the way helped me tremendously.I am looking for employment opportunities anywhere on the planet that work towards a better climate and cleaner environment.
