It’s been a long windy road to get to here, but my journey is just beginning. I’ve worked in country clubs, hospitals, the YMCA, and corporate gyms. I’ve molded minds in the classroom and lead the wave of change in corporate wellness. My experiences have developed the skills, adaptability, and drive I utilize today. As a practitioner I bring a high level of customer service through excellent communication and people skills. My success comes from the partnerships I build with my clients and members. We work together to identify needs, strategize reasonable paths for success, and develop the skills necessary to move forward. These strengths have served me well in my management roles as well. I utilize the same processes to develop strong capable teams with the belief that the business plan is only as good as the people who have to carry it out. I am an out of the box problem solver believing the solution is rooted in asking the right questions and understanding your resources. Over the years I have been able to step into more leadership roles on our management team with our corporate client. I have been instrumental in developing process improvements plans as well as new business projects onsite. I assisted in developing and implementing a major staff development project for our company nationwide. Over the past year I created and presented an idea for our company and have been working with a cross departmental team to develop our projects and be ready for implementation in the fall.I’m currently looking for more client facing, operational, roles in fitness, health, or wellness. I am also interested in expanding my career outside of fitness into the areas of program and project management.
