Capsule’s product strategy is based on three tiers: intelligent medical devices, intelligent integrations, and Intelligent Care Applications (ICAs). For ICA/predictive analytics offerings Capsule has partnered versus building these applications to improve the time to market related to proving clinical efficacy and obtaining FDA clearance. This role was a business development and product role to negotiate and manage relationships to bring partner applications into the Capsule offerings.• Led negotiations for PeriGen’s Vigilance application which provides predictive analytics for labor and delivery.• Led negotiations with Medical Informatics (MIC) for their central monitoring applications for critical care settings.• Led negotiations with AlertWatch for their AlertWatch:OB maternal monitoring and analytics application.• Led the launch activities including, pricing, training, product materials and managing with the associated partner.

Responsibilities included management of the product management teams for the 2net and HealthyCircles offerings. The HealthyCircles offering was suspended during time due to concerns on conflicts with key Capsule partners• Managed the 2net and HealthyCircles product managers and business analysts.• Created reports on the client utilization of purchased 2net hubs and the related transaction load on the 2net platform.• Supported the suspension of the HealthyCircles business including messaging to current clients and related transitions.• Part of the due diligence team for the acquisition of assets from SavvySherpa to support United Healthcare Motion.• Developed the product roadmap for the 2net Platform including requirements for the next generation platform. • Managed the content for each release with engineering and create the associated client release notifications.

Responsibilities included management of the engineering, development, verification processes and related resources for the HealthyCircles product line.• Post-acquisition transitioned the engineering, operations and verification teams into Qualcomm Life processes.• Developed, proposed and implemented a plan to augment engineering and verification capacity leveraging off shore resources to advance the product roadmap. MyTeleHealth Solutions, LLC provided enterprise solutions to health plans, integrated health care delivery systems, and the pharmaceutical industry in the United States and Canada. It offered HealthyCircles, a software-as-a-service solution that delivered an integrated suite of products and services connecting health care professionals to patients, their families, and their caregivers through a HIPAA compliant care management application.Developed and promoted the overall vision, goals, strategies, and objectives for the Company’s technology and services deliverables to its enterprise customers in line with overall Company goals and objectives.• Initially managed outsourced operations, development and quality assurance teams.• Built out operations, development teams in San Diego establishing internal processes, capabilities and controls.• Became the lead product expert in the application and drove the roadmap and development efforts.• Actively engaged in the Sales and Business Development activities converting customer needs into platform capabilities.• Key member of executive team involved in strategy and due diligence activities.
