Hello everyone! I'm Michael.I am a BA student majoring in Behavioral Sciences, currently working in the hospitality industry. As a BA student in Behavioral Sciences with a focus on psychology, sociology, and anthropology, I have developed skills in understanding human behavior, organizational dynamics, and cultural influences. In my current role as Head of the Workers' Committee at Dan Caesarea Hotel, appointed by the General Federation of Labor, I use my academic knowledge to support and represent around 200 employees.Alongside this leadership role, I also work as a security officer, showing my ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. These experiences have improved my organizational and interpersonal skills, helping me think creatively and find solutions to complex problems.I am very motivated to expand my knowledge in human resources and organizational consulting. My goal is to apply what I've learned so far and gain professional expertise in this field. I am known for my excellent interpersonal skills, ability to think outside the box, and adaptability. I am a fast learner, eager to take on new challenges and contribute positively to any organization.
