Had primary responsiblity for acquistion, financing and rehabilition of scattered site properties for creation of cooperatively owned homes. The project was focused in a central city neighborhood of Milwaukee. A total of 90 units were developed in 20 properties ranging from single-family homes to a 40 unit multi-family building.
