Wide range of materials, which originate from all business units with a clear focus on the operational units property asset management, development and investment management- Development of strategy papers in regards to portfolio or property hold/sell analyses including cash flow modelling and in-depth business plan reviews. E.g. hold/sell analysis for a Romanian portfolio, hold/sell analysis residential development pipeline Germany etc.- Development of a groupwide asset specification and certification strategy including asset-level assessments across macro and submarket locations, property sectors and quality criteria (technology, specifications, certifications, sustainability). Created an internal scoring model to rank assets and analysed earnings potential- Development of trackers, reports and analyses with key performance indicators per group business department, which have to be delivered on a predefined cycle. This includes the first conceptual development of a report (inter alia: definition of rationale, internal database, input sheets, outputs/charts etc.) as well as continuously providing feedback to reporting departments. E.g. portfolio view, investment property and development fact sheets, maintenance capex and fit-out tracker, financing tracker, human resources tracker, investor presentations, market and macro decks etc.- ESG strategy development for wider company (mission statement, decarbonization model, rating strategy etc.) and specific business units (definition of asset management, development and investment management ESG targets etc.). Besides establishment of a ESG data tracker with key sustainability metrics and KPIs groupwide, which form the basis for ESG reporting analogous to the EPRA sBPR standard- Project management for confidential projects and creation of ad hoc reports on important corporate topics

- Management of three properties in Munich (two office buildings and one hotel), including lease extension negotiations, coordination with the legal team for contractual matters, and planning and budgeting for capex, maintenance and tenant fit-outs. Implementation of strategic initiatives to maintain property appeal- Co-leadership of three land zoning projects in Munich (for commercial and residential use) and leadership of one further project (for residential use). This involved the development of commercial feasibility studies with focus on target areas, cash flow modelling, sensitivity analyses etc., along with the definition of a product and rental market strategy in cooperation with multiple stakeholders- Leadership of acquisition projects, including the successful purchase of a hotel in Munich. Responsibilities included the execution of financial, tax, and legal due diligences as well as the coordination and leadership of the entire project team- Besides acquisition assessments and definition of initial product strategies for further potential land and property investments in Munich, Rosenheim and Kiel, primarily in the commercial segment of office and/or hotel
