Contract - Sole developer of the IONSCAN Remote Database program. Used by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to monitor the detection of explosives at American airports. Used by Canada Customs to monitor narcotics detection at border crossings and airports.Technology: Borland Delphi 2, 3 and 4, Paradox database tables, SkyTel and Mobitex wireless communications systems.Program imported IONSCAN data via dial-up to the SkyTel network or via reading of Mobitex or IONSCAN data files.Wrote Delphi components to enable access to data via multiple communications systems.Designed and implemented the database architecture and reports.
