I am the head of the Accounting Department for the hotel. I oversee Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Group Billing, Accounts Payable, General Cashiering, and any other tasks falling under the general umbrella of "Accounting".

As Front Office Manager of the Hampton Inn Westrods I supervised all Front Desk functions including checking guests into and out of the hotel, maintained guest folios, created department schedules, managed employee payroll, all Accounts Receivable functions including billing, created all Group Masters/House Accounts, supervised a staff of 10+ employees, developed and implemented guest/customer service standards, etc.
