Responsibilities as Technical Director: - Provide technical guidance- Ensure efficient and prompt technical sales support and ensure timely completion of internal assembly work- Continuously improve the quality standard of work and enforce the company's quality objectives and policy- Ensure responsible use of resources within the company Organizational activities: - Strategic and technical management of mechanical design, electrical design, automation, assembly, electrical assembly and manufacturing departments- Personnel responsibility for subordinate employees: determining personnel requirements, assessing employees, conducting personnel interviews if necessary- Determination of investment needs in subordinate departments, coordination of necessary investments with management and department heads- Creating and maintaining a sales price list in the ERP system.Technical activities: - Preparation of requirement specifications, functional specifications and offers- Development of concepts for new designs as input for sales and customer service as well as for research and development- Analysis of processes with the aim of further optimization and cost reduction- Checking project conformity and compliance with customer requirements

Responsiblities- Analyze the company requirments- Implementation of suitable ERP modules based on company needs- Optimization of processes - Roll-Out within 12 months from the beginning of the project with the full use of the new ERP system in the regular operation.
