My current role involves assisting customers when they have an emergency in their home, from identifying the problem, to sending engineers and manipulating engineers routes to get to the emergency as quickly as possible.Key tasks involve- Actively listening and problem solving.- Managing customers expectations - Working to time constraints- Assisting managers and the complaints teams to organise priority engineer visits.- Maintaining call handling times whilst ensuring call volumes are kept to a minimum- Ensuring staff morale is high and bringing any problems to the managers attention.
