With over 40 years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated real estate agent at Century 21, Don Gurney. I also help buyers with preparing to buy a property, establishing their financial position and preferred price range, determining the best areas and locations, styles and types of homes, and activities and lifestyles that suit them, showing them comparable homes and properties that meet their wants and needs, and helping them with price and terms of sales negotiations and paperwork. I have successfully closed multiple transactions and satisfied multiple clients with my service and expertise.
