I assist sellers with analyzing inventory, price, and condition of the properties in their area, obtaining information and research about the competition, reviewing and explaining the documentation, preparing the showing instructions and time windows, installing the lockbox, and marketing the property on multiple venues. I also help buyers with preparing to buy a property, establishing their financial position and preferred price range, determining the best areas and locations, styles and types of homes, and activities and lifestyles that suit them, showing them comparable homes and properties that meet their wants and needs, and helping them with price and terms of sales negotiations and paperwork.
