My responsibilities include PC maintenance, setups, moves, Inventory control, phone setups, ID creations, network printer setups, Citrix monitoring for web based applications and PDA support. I was also responsible for two of the remote branches (Lexington and Mt. Sterling), which I visited on a monthly basis.

I came to UPS SCS as a contractor through Everest Technologies and was hired on officially in February of 2001. I was responsible for several duties, which include lead backup for McAfee dat file verification, Web TM application support, LAN/WAN monitoring, ID Administrator, WebTracker reporting, 1st level Proact support, updating documentation and phone support for UPS SCS customers. My PC knowledge range from AS/400, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 98, Microsoft Exchange Server, Netop, Pc Anywhere and setup and configuration of AGN\VPN dial-up.
