Interfaced with customers for the development of new products. Including Honeywell Aerospace, Parker Aerospace, Safran, Woodward. Reviewed strategic programs, requirements and managed purchasing, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to execute program launches. Program management. Working with customers established a full program timeline including external and internal resources. Worked directly with sub suppliers to establish realistic and attainable deliverables. Conducted weekly program meetings with customers. Developed Risk management plans to identify and mitigate risk. Data analysis. Selected and implemented company wide data collection of manufacturing and sales data. Using SQL and PowerBI created and published reports distributed via web and mobile devices. Published Metric dashboards for operational efficiency initiative. Develop internal IoT devices to collect and store manufacturing data. Supply chain development. Expanded supply chain for aerospace and automotive components. Selected suppliers based on technical review of requirements.
