• Managing end-to-end accountability of all Group plan members (Life, Health & Wealth) by delivery of the omni-channel support model to drive member fulfillment, with influence over the digital experiences• Lead a dedicated team focused on analyzing plan member trends, product adoption, call times, channel preferences, to identify opportunities to improve overall PMAC offering. Additionally, this analysis is used to develop reporting to the Plan Sponsor to demonstrate value created for plan members.• Develop outbound contact centre capabilities to include both routing of inbound coverage inquires from our call centre, web-generated leads and appointments, and outbound guidance and advice capabilities staffed with appropriately licensed professionals.• Lead operations teams responsible for fulfillment activities like Group Medical Underwriting and Creditor Underwriting in order to optimize the member experience in purchasing.• Bring focus to collecting and analyzing plan member needs while working closely with product and digital teams to continually evolve our solutions and experience, inclusive of the development and approval of business cases.• Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to drive plan member awareness in order to maximize solution adoption, improve the overall experience, minimize drop-offs across all channels• Build deep relationships with Distribution partners to build out a process for referrals to an in-person advisor services.

• Most accountable role for achieving business objectives, including the creation of annual and quarterly regional business plans and the execution of those plans in the region • Provide leadership and coaching to the sales leadership team to drive performance and achieve business objectives• Contribute to the national business development strategy, systems, products and tools and support their integration & execution into the overall business plans for the region• Work closely with sales leaders to understand top priorities and partner with national leadership team and HO partners to create national priority list• Manage relationships and be the most senior contact with business partners in the region, senior leadership & head office partners at the most senior level• Create awareness of role objectives, organizational processes and identify inefficiencies
