I am a positive, energetic and motivated individual who takes great care in being organised with strong work ethics in dynamic work environments and can have a positively creative input to any individual and implement what is required to execute strategies.My primary focus is to encourage young people to develop and unlock their true potential to succeed whether that be looking at different behaviour strategies, emotional triggers, daily routines, mindset and a plethora of different ways that will encourage young people to be the best version of themselves. I utilise my skills that I’ve developed over the years running different basketball camps and coaching young people and using that knowledge to understand how to get the best out of our young people who come from different backgrounds and communities and some that may have suffered trauma. I’m able to use my skills that I’ve developed from sport but also utilise my previous IT skills to give our young people knowledge around social media and internet safety as well. Showing our young people that they have a choice and they have the option to make the right choice in life is at the forefront of my mind to encourage positive thinking, build confidence and ultimately push them to believe that they can always achieve more and can always succeed.
