Responsible for company sales and strategic marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance. Reported directly to CEO and collaborated with entity CEO’s to drive commercial activities. Created product packaging and positioning, market development and communication and sales execution by working with scientific team, regulatory team and compliance team to ensure commercial success. Created brand and communication strategy for all entities. Reported to board on all related activities. Worked alongside CEO on all financial presentations. Managed all communications with external IR and PR firms and developed in-house all websites and marketing materials.Predictive Biotech - Drove to leadership position in the market achieving $65m annualized rev in 13 months. Led sales team and 95 distribution partners.Predictive Laboratories – Created product packaging and messaging for endometriosis genetic diagnostic as it impacts infertility. Launched beta site (Houston Fertility Institute).COVID-19 – Created strategy, identity, messaging and commercial plan for Assurance AB IgM/IgG rapid anti-body test (currently waiting for EUA).Created strategy, identity, messaging and commercial plan for Assurance VR PCR test utilizing Spectrum Solutions saliva collection kit. Collaborating with Rutgers for EUA submission. Created a comprehensive testing solution for employers to better align and implement test technologies (VR, AB …) for their employees and customers.

Formed company as the North American licensee of Castelli SpA of Italy. Castelli as a brand was a leader in the history of cycling wear and innovation that had never successfully penetrated NA market. Under license we designed, marketed and manufactured top end cycling apparel. We built a unique and exclusive distribution strategy that proved successful from the start. In addition to the NA market, we also participated in the global brand, product and marketing strategies and direction. I sold the company in November of 2006
