Position involved assisting Junior Associates, a Senior Associate, and the Practice Mananger in drafting legal documents and correspondence, undertaking searches, engaging in legal research, organising and updating court books.Primary practice areas were Insolvency and Commercial, however further work was also done in Estate Planning, Trusts, and Conveyancing.Position also involved frequent correspondence with clients, counsel, and court, attending hearings, interacting with the registry, other firms, and external bodies.This position also involved research and drafting of articles on topics of Insolvency and Commercial Law, and rapid adaptation to various administrative systems, and general office management.

Full-Time work as a Law Clerk assisting with all aspects of firm operation including document drafting, court apperances, mediation, communication with courts, firms, and other parties, calendar and office management.
