Maintenance Technician
CurrentMy duties are to - troubleshoot and repair any facility related issues, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry ,concrete, welding, snow removal and setting up events. - Installing troubleshooting and repairing of three phase and single phase AC/DC motors- Work with contractors, ordering supplies and materials. - Organizing and adding new inventory.- Keeping good relationship with department leaders, customers, employees, and students on the campus.- Complete routine inspections for mechanical rooms, restrooms, and other facilitating areas looking for deficiencies and reporting as I find them. - Participate in all safety training and follow all safety guidelines. Fisher- Proficient in reading schematics, blueprint for new equipment and troubleshooting.- Perform administrative duties, such as filling out forms, sending e-mails, reporting status and/or planning.- Proficient in the use of CMMS programs and BAS programs- Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs.- Participating Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
