All of the projects in this catalog were successful in reducing MTTR upon any expected wear related failures.Increased two assets maximum processing constraints by redesigning internal components and replacing obsoleted spare parts. This project assisted the company with a new product line that was previously unable to be offered until the redesign due to size and tolerances required in the finished product. In addition, the design accounted for quick and easy changeovers that removed maintenance intervention and downtime, putting this simple step in the hands of the operators.
