Profits resulting from the operations are directed to various Project Partners across the globe to fund safe water access, food aid, hygiene and sanitation services and child and maternal health programs. Key Responsibilities:Managing the Financial Control of the Business• Overseeing the financial control of both the FMCG and Brand functions of the business. This includes cash-flow management, forecasting and departmental budgets.• Providing strategic and high level direction when signing off on budgets, monitoring expenditure and return on investment.ERP / Accounting Systems• Overseeing all of the accounting procedures and systems used by the company.• Recommending changes to the accounting / ERP systems and implementing as necessary.• Advancing analysis of performance and recommending appropriate analytical systems and tools.Strategic Reporting & Advising• Managing all fiscal reporting activities and ensuring the timely completion and submission of financial and analytical / statistical reporting.• Formulating strategic decisions based on financial analysis of internal performance metrics, benchmarks, and ratios. Risk & Compliance• Managing the compliance function by liaison with our auditors and tax advisors, in the preparation of the annual reports.• Supervision of the Financial Manager in his /her role with regard to ensuring compliance with BAS, PAYG installments, superannuation, Workers Compensation, GST reporting and payroll tax.• Ensuring that the organisation’s financial risks are managed and that cash-flow strategies are in place to meet all debts as they fall due.Manage Key External Relationships

Key Responsibilities:• Accountable to the CEO and Board of Directors for the full financial function of the group. Providing both operational and strategic support to the business. • Liaising with banks and equity stakeholders in capital raising and placing of funds. Quarterly reporting to funders and communication of noteworthy matters.• Contributing to formulating, implementing and managing policy as regards long term strategic direction, finance and capital expenditure, technical developments, procurement, human resources and IT requirements.• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasting and review of rolling forecast.• Cash flow management, forecasting and working capital management.• Responsibility to ensure successful and timely completion of financial year-end audits and submission of returns.• Involvement with property / lease negotiations and review of lease agreements and offers to lease. • Providing assistance and support to legal advisers and various consultants and contractors.• Deriving value from existing and new information technologies.• Monitoring and reporting on capital expenditure for new venues and renovations. • Ensuring compliance with ATO and statutory related returns.• Review of monthly financial results with executive team and venue managers.• Management and development of the finance team to ensure high levels of motivation and efficiency.
