    Key Accomplishments:• VP Implementation assigned me to a project where I was responsible for the entire beginning to end of a $100,000 implementation. The project was to build a reconciliation and accounting workflow for a global company using our software and teaming up with JP Morgan. After gathering requirements from the client, I set specific dates and action items for all teams involved. The project involved receiving accurate bank files from JP Morgan with multiple entities financial transactions, building worksheets to track cashflows, assigning accounting entries and ultimately creating automatic wire transfers to sweep funds to a reconciliation account. The result of this project was a first of its kind workflow for JP Morgan, a time savings of 40 hours monthly for the clients accounting team and a cost savings for the client since they did not need to open new bank accounts for this state-of-the-art sweep structure.• VP Product and VP Implementation entrusted me with various department objectives which accelerated internal team member development and client retention. My responsibility on a daily basis was to accurately compile the resulting P&L from various products such as Loans, Fees, Time Deposits, Derivative, FX and Collateral. The result was a reliable spreadsheet covering Bank of America’s global lines of business which allowed managers to make informed short and long term investment decisions. • The Managing Director of Middle Office gave me the responsibility of training our offshore India team how to perform a key function of our group. The task was the overall maintenance of time deposit financial instruments which included opening, adjusting and closing these instruments on a daily basis. I executed a plan of training material and instructed a team of 20 team members on how to process these requests, how to investigate which journal entries and subledgers they belonged to and how to report activity to management. This project freed up nearly 40 hours per week across the US and UK teams. This allowed our teams to take on additional responsibilities within Middle Office as well as having these instruments open earlier in the day because time zones.
