Core the Shift Manager when needed on Midnight Shift. Oversee all business operations on the Midnight Shift.

Manage the Maintenance Area 1 Midnight Shift organization. Responsible for ensuring the Safety for Area 1 through Safety audits of area and equipment, Safety training, Safety Awareness Communications and, 5S events. COSS (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist) trained. Oversee and coordinate Mechanical and Electrical Craftsmen who maintain and repair equipment for Area 1. Coordinate with Production leaders and the Mechanical / Electrical planners to create and complete necessary equipment needs. Responsible for completing all PM's assigned to Area 1 and creating all follow up work orders for the PM's. Utilize LEAN tools to reduce waste and increase productivity.

Manage the Basket Fab Day shift organization. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, utilize LEAN tools to reduce waste and increase productivity. Responsible for creating all PM's for 12 different processes. Also, manage the PM assignments for each of these areas which includes creating PM tracking boards, working with engineers, engineer techs and, set up to create the PM's, distributing the PM's and, closing out the PM's once completed. Running weekly 27" Basket PM meetings, weekly PM planning meetings, weekly PM follow up meetings, Bi monthly SAFE team meetings, weekly A3 meetings, Bi monthly Atlas PM meetings and, attend weekly Maintenance weekend planning meeting to coordinate assignments. Utilize 1x1 problem solving for all CAL's. Coordinate manpower to keep HPEU's down. Have been the LEAN leader for BPM in a one year assignment. Fill in for the Value Stream Manager.
