I have been training as a fitness instructor and coach professionally for over 23 years, and it has been an integral part of my life since I was a student athlete. I am currently working for Katalyst Fit, the leading provider of full body, at home EMS workouts. I help inform the team on sound fitness principles to help the product and experience be as authentic and helpful to people as possible. I led the management of new programs within the platform, and brought them from the inception phase through to production and launch. I am currently the manager of the Training Team, and Manager of Training Content as well as an on-camera instructor and personality, where I bring original fitness programming to life in fun, relatable, effective and entertaining workouts. I am one of the faces of the brand and am present at Live events to meet people, educate them about EMS workouts, and help normalize EMS in our fitness culture. My previous experience includes being an on camera personality and talent with Halo, where I furthered my ability to deliver original workouts in a professional, state of the art filming set, making the workouts easy to follow, fun, entertaining, and effective. I filmed individual "Stand Alone" workouts, as well as workouts that are part of larger more cohesive programs. I was also tapped to be one of the two faces of emerging technologies in the connected fitness face for Halo. Developed a specific skill set for coaching and performing workouts for AI platforms. My passion for Health and Fitness runs deep.
