Stephen Ave Place – 28.6 million Commercial Construction Management of an exterior facade and interior podium upgrade in Calgary’s downtown core. Support the site superintendents in various roles.  Conferred with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems. Planned, scheduled, and coordinated construction project activities to meet deadlines. Directed and supervised construction and related workers. Prepared and submitted budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking report. Inspected and reviewed projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.

UBC Koerner Library Renovations – 4.2 millionRenovate and upgrade four floors and washrooms in an occupied building. This project required the coordination and management of 5 stakeholder groups, 2 architects, and 2 owner representatives while maintaining 5 individual budgets under 1 program and numerous contractors. Oversaw all line items concerning the quality and installation of floors, washrooms, and outdoor cabinetry, including the hands-on supervision of daily operations. Prepared/submitted job estimates and cost analyses. Collaborated with architects, subcontractors, and designers.Simon Fraser University – Pre-Construction – Emergency Medical Facility 10 million Manage all preconstruction commercial documents and blueprints, GE Instrumentation, Xray, MRI.  Ensure Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractor requirements. Budget proposals and forecasting.  Long lead schedules and track delivery. Work with an architect for detailing and budget requirements to ensure specifications were met.

Nexen Lobby / Washroom Upgrades - 18.2 millionRenovate and upgrade all common area and washroom interiors on 34 floors. This included running two shifts per day. Manage cost and review invoices in a timely manner. Produced detailed work orders for each project; built the project timeline. Teamed with suppliers to determine best fixtures. Evaluated unexpected changes in scope of work and assess cost implications.

Fifth Avenue Place Main Floor & +15 Renovation - 7.9 million Renovated all interior common areas. This included night shifts schedules, working within an operation building and food court.  Maintained constructability while in an occupied space, modifications to hoarding to maintain access to the public and provided a safe environment.Fifth Avenue Place Plaza Upgrades - 7.3 million Renovated exterior plaza and city sidewalks, this included three exterior water features.  Maintained public access to sidewalks and streets. Monthly cash flow reporting to owner group.  Maintained business relationships with existing tenants to ensure safety and access client space.Nuance Duty Free YYC Airport - 4.8 million New retail space in two locations within YYC Airport.  Communicated and managed a team that was internationally based.  Handled and installed owner supplied displays while organizing numerous laydown areas. Meet YYC Airport compliance policies.Wolfgang Puck Restaurant YYC Airport - 1.7 million New restaurant within YYC Airport.  Met Alberta Health Services standards and license requirements.  Prepared delivery dates and managing all owner supplied products.  Managed a team that was US based in three time zones.

U of C Student Family Housing - 3.2 million Renovated 219 student resident units in a 2-year timeline, with numerous project schedules. This included hazardous materials abatement, and reconstruction.  Provided leadership to 10 -15 carpenters. Designed / built custom furniture and built-ins: tables, shelves, benches, partitions, flooring, door / window frames and other fixtures. Ensured the modifications followed building permit and local laws. Weekly reporting to owner group.U of C Anatomy Lab Upgrades - 500,000 Tenant improvements to provide a new lab area, cooler, modifications to HVAC and dedicated chemical waste lines and control system.Rothney Astrophysical Observatory - 100,000 New monolithic building and components to receive a 1.5 million satellite station.  Supported scientist throughout the U.S. to ensure delivery of satellite receiving device.Calgary Public Library - Shawnessy - 500,000 Interior renovations completed in phases as building was operational 7 days a week. New flooring, bathrooms, workstations, and finishes.ATB Financial – 500,000+ Various renovations throughout Alberta.  Proven history of delivering projects on time and schedule.
