As the Parts Development Manager at Isuzu UTE Australia’s corporate head office, I’m dedicated to supporting our dealer network nationwide through strategic project management, problem-solving, and process improvement. My primary focus is driving revenue growth and increasing value for both dealerships and end-users through initiatives that boost parts and accessories sales and enhance service quality across our network.My career began at Black Truck Sales in Toowoomba where I advanced from a warehouse team member to 2IC of the parts department, steadily building expertise across diverse roles in warehouse operations, procurement, parts interpretation, and customer relationship management. Over seven years I gained hands-on experience working with heavy vehicles, agricultural equipment and light automotive parts for a variety of manufacturers. This included overseeing a broad range of tasks such as sourcing and inventory to direct customer service and fleet sales. Establishing the parts department for a new branch in Roma gave me unique insight into the challenges faced by customers in remote areas. This sharpened my approach to customer support and logistics.Known for my approachable nature and attention to detail, I am calm under pressure and create practical, common-sense solutions. I’m proud of my reputation as a team player who works effectively with others to achieve desired outcomes.In 2024 I completed my Bachelor of Business, adding strategic and business management insights to my automotive expertise, alongside my Certificate III in Automotive Parts Interpretation.
