Pilot)2) European CLRM Deployment3) European CLRM Support, Development & OperationsMeanwhile the solution is elementary part of the backbone of UCBs daily operations and used by more than 2.000 customer facing employees in 35+ countries across the globe, covering EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. Based on the foundational layer of CRM and CLM additional Omnichannel concepts have been added to foster UCBs Digital Transformation and offer digital enabled customer interactions complementary to the more traditional face-to face interactions.

Managed all IT aspects of the related EU5 countries (France, Spain, Italy, UK and Germany):- Created a virtual EU5 IT team- Application Portfolio Streamlining- Infrastructure Harmonization across these sites and HQ- Smooth Infrastructure Operations and Application Management- Built a trusted partnership between IT and Business

In charge of all IT aspects of our German affiliates in Monheim and Zwickau:- Corporate SHAPE Restructuring Program leading to significant changes in the IT organization - Global IT Champion in the ExCom initiative "5x15" (5b€ revenue as of 2015)- ITTG program to offshore Infrastructure Services to our captive center in India (Bangalore)- Application Portfolio Streamlining (Marketing & Sales, Production, Biosciences)- Built a trusted partnership between IT and Business- Managed local service provider for Desktop Services

Key player in the post-merger IT integration of UCB/Schwarz Pharma. Merge of two IT Service Management landscapes (processes, systems, people):- One Global Service Desk as Single Point of Contact- Common service management processes (based on the ITIL framework)- One ticketing tool (Remedy ARS ITSM7)- Transition of 3 Local Help Desks into common Global Service Desk- Provider Management for Desktop Services (German affiliates)- Business Case & Sourcing Strategy for globally standardized Desktop Services (12.000 PC)

Creation of an international IT Service Management organization:- Preparation of the IT merge UCB/Schwarz Pharma- Deployment of Corporate Incident Management to Germany and US- RfP to find best fitting system integrator - Selection of best fitting ticketing tool (Remedy ARS ITSM 7)- Harmonization of service management processes between Germany & US- Implementation of OLAs & SLAs to manage customer satisfaction- Outsourcing finalization of Service Desk & Desktop Services (Germany, Computacenter)- Participation in an IT Audit (McKinsey)

Development of a Going Concern scenario in the context of an incurred insolvency:- Securing global IT Operations- Replacement of complex SAP R3 by lean ERP solution (MS Navision)- Vendor negotiations to adapt volumes and SLAs to new situation- Safeguarding the transfer of IT assets from Agfa Gevaert AG to Agfa Photo GmbH- Support of financial & strategic investors in IT due-diligence- Gradually reduction of IT staff

In charge of IT Infrastructure & Architecture, deputy of the CIO. Main objective was the creation of a residual CIO organization by outsourcing large parts of the operational IT. For this purpose we prepared and run an IT carve out RfP. Partner selected finally was Siemens Business Services:- scope: 2.400 seats (2.800 employees), 38 sites- scope: SAP R3, Infrastructure, Application Hosting/Support/Management- contract: duration: 3 years; volume: approx. € 20mn
