I have enjoyed working at Levi's for the past 7 years starting as a temporary member of staff to cover peak Christmas trade and working my way up to becoming Store Supervisor.My main responsibilities involve providing excellent customer service where I have to talk with, interact and help many different people with a huge variety of needs and wants as well as stock management, both key tasks to the effective running of the business where excellent product knowledge and organization are the keys to success.My additional responsibilities as a member of the management team involve more administrative duties including managing and processing deliveries of stock, overseeing stock transfers, management of internal stock audits with third party auditors, analysing and tracking sales data in accordance with set targets and checking in with senior management and external departments to provide performance updates and co-ordinate business operations. Furthermore, as supervisor I have been tasked with staff management which has involved ensuring staffs are up to date on training and product knowledge, briefing staff on the stores performance, constructing rotas and delegating tasks through understanding staff strengths and weaknesses. I am also a point of contact for staff who have any issues at work that need resolved.I have always been eager to receive all training available to progress my skills and experience which has led to me becoming the Store Tailor alongside my supervisory responsibilities. I have also attended management and visual merchandising training events across the country.
