Led full RCM Transformation initiative to consolidate 7 disparate billing platforms, 47 total billing vendors, 207 staff with no consistent processes, policies or procedures across a national provider organization generating ~$400m annual revenue.RCM Transformation initiative resulted in an on-time and under-budget go-live on athena's billing platform across the entire organization, generating:* $10M+ increase in same store cash collections over baseline;* 40% decrease in initial denial rate* 38 DSO decrease* $6.7M in annualized cost savings through vendor cuts and staff consolidationAdditionally, expanded into additional areas of integration of the legacy acquisitions of Alteon Health, with a specific focus on:* Standardizing Provider on-boarding, enrollment and satisfaction;* Partnering with CIO and development team for creation of Executive and operational dashboards tracking, reporting and analyzing multiple data sources;* Development of an organization-wide payer strategy, and subsequent build of a Managed Care team;
