• Main point of contact for 80% of all technology based issues for all BP owned floors providing support for different types of people• Facilitating, maintaining, managing audio visual equipment for multiple floors and meeting rooms.• Consult and assist in the acquisition, installation and configuration of computers, peripheral devices and servers• Trouble shooting with networking including wireless routers for touch panels.• Collaborated with network team with network issues and requirements for new floors and meeting rooms• Identify computer hardware, software and telecommunications malfunctions and select appropriate action to resolve issues ensuring data/system integrityl
