• Provide level 2 support to Barangaroo office and Project sites via face to face and remote interactions.• Building relationships with Site managers, Executive Assistants, and Project managers• Setup, maintain and support of Local hardware (PCs, Laptops, Printers and mobile phones)• Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows 7/10, Office 365, and department specific software ( (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative suite, Oracle)• Responsible for site setup activities which include moves, installation and setup on network and local hardware.

• Provide 2nd level IT Support to the business.• Managing and supporting Gsuite accounts and applications (gmail, gsheets, calendars)Procure and set up new IT equipment (PC's Servers, Networking equipment)• Procure and maintain licenses for Gsuite/Microsoft products, domains and SSL certificates• Triage and escalate incidents to the appropriate engineering teams• Carrying out on-boarding and off-boarding task Creating/Archiving accounts, Rebuilding computers)

Responsibilities included:• Provide 1st and 2nd Level IT Support to resolve issues for the entire business (Beer Spirits and Wine and Dairy and Drinks) which makes up of 8000 users, via telephone, email and face to face interactions.• Managing and Supporting Microsoft Server Environments including Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync Server• Carrying out user admin tasks- creating/disabling user accounts, creating and updating security groups, resetting passwords, updating account expiry, creating email accounts, resources, contacts, disabling distribution lists and mailboxes, enabling/disabling user accounts in Lync server.• Provide technical support on both software and hardware including but not limited to PCs, printers, and mobile computing devices such as iPhones and tablets• Experience in SOE environment with Windows XP Professional/Vista/7/8, windows server 2003, 2008, Office 2010/2013/365, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows Sharepoint Services• Procurement and support of all smartphones within the business Windows, android and iphone.• Administration of all mobile accounts within Lion, which included activating service accounts, porting services, activation and cancellation of services.• Triage all incoming incidents from business units with the use of service desk tool Cherwell.• Responsible of creating and maintaining knowledge base articles with the use of Cherwell.

Responsibilities included:• Installation of proprietary software on client’s computers, with the use of remote tools such as Bomgar and Teamviewer• Installation of proprietary software onto windows mobile devices• Providing support and solutions to clients and users internal and external, via telephone and email• Procurement of PDA's and Printers for external customers• Technical support of PDA’s and portable printers• Testing future releases of the Supervend software• Basic networking with windows 8/7, vista and xp (Sharing folders, permissions, map network drives)• Coaching new and existing users with Supervend features• Basic use of SAP to locate rebate and sales data
