In 2018 I founded Point of Choice Consulting.While spending my career learning from some of the best companies in the United States I created the Point of Choice business strategy. A rethinking of stale traditional business models to ones that; drive, support, augment, and reinforce the Point in which your customer Chooses your product or service. I have been leading teams since I was the stage manager at a dinner theater at age 16. Over the years this has developed into a servant leadership approach with a focus on achievement, development, and true sense of team. I spent years using these leadership skills and honing my business acumen taking on any challenge while working in every aspect of retail from hard/soft goods to fresh consumables, from buying for a region to creating floor plans, operational policies and staffing guidelines, as well as every aspect in between. Some high points include designing and successfully implementing a growth strategy to take a specialty retailer from 9 stores to 23 in only 24 months, to Co-Managing a Wal-Mart with over 80million in sales, over 300 employees and serving thousands of customers each day while helping pilot and develop their new company wide Ecommerce initiative.One thing never changes, and that is to lead the team to success.
