Manages the NG Defense Systems Statement of Work for the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) Program. Directs the execution strategy for the Support Segment Systems Engineering requirements, development of the test network to support Lab, Ground, & Flight testing, and development of lab environments in support of the program's goals and schedule.

Lead Project Manager for a 90+ person cross functional team, spanning 80+ contracts, over multiple DoD programs. Executing projects consist of cost and schedule management principles using methods such as EVMS and critical path. Day to day activities include: resolving complex technical or programmatic issues, risk identification and mitigation, customer interaction on technical and programmatic status, and developing future business with government programs and agencies.

Performs technical support in the development of engineering activities. Supports the design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, prototype models, and specialized test equipment. Conducts defined engineering tests, collects/analyzes data, and proposes solutions.

Contracted by ARINC Aerospace to work directly on the Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker to upgrade the aging legacy avionics systems. Upgrades include installation of a modified glass cockpit systems (Autopilot, Weather RADAR, etc.) and SATCOM (Satellite Communication) systems. Specifically responsible for aircraft wiring removals and installations, fabricating wiring harnesses, installing racks, and reading/interpreting wiring diagrams and schematics.

Evaluates unserviceable aircraft assets to determine the feasibility of repair by Air Force personnel or contractors. Develops repair procedures and operational checks for assets to be performed by Air Force personnel. Aids in the development of repair contracts in determining the repair capability and qualifications of the contracting organization. Diagnosis integrated circuit cards using test equipment such as the PinPoint II and Huntron by reverse engineering a circuit card creating a working schematic diagram, diagnosis circuit cards and electronic components both in-circuit and out-of-circuit, create test programs, and create test procedures that are user friendly. Repairs integrated circuit cards using skills acquired from the Miniature & Micro-Miniature qualification. Developed and maintain locally developed database which tracks all maintenance activities performed by the workplace. Additional duties include: Safety Supervisor, Equipment Custodian, Government Purchase Card Holder, and Training Monitor.

Shift supervisor of twelve employees responsible for the planning, organization and direction of all avionics maintenance activities by establishing priorities, evaluating compliance, and data collection. Technical responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of the communication and navigational avionics systems on the E-3 AWACS. Duties include isolating malfunctions within the multiplexed data bus systems, recording systems, mission computer systems, inertial navigation systems, aircraft indicating systems, and airborne warning and control systems. Tasks are completed by removing, installing, inspection, and repairs of line replaceable units by diagnosing malfunctions by the use of technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, integrated test systems, and external test equipment. Inspect and evaluate aircraft maintenance activities verifying operational status and system configuration.
