My strength as a leader is based on my ability to define the necessary goals and objectives of the organization and communicate directly to each stake holder/employee their responsibilities and opportunities in working as a team to achieve the goal. By meeting with all levels of employees one on one I can better understand their challenges, and build a relationship that allows the team to function at a high level.
