Through the course of 30+ years within my professional career, I have used my passions related to the creativity, beauty and mystery of architecture to develop, expand and mentor new and innovative automated systems, successful organizations and accomplished teams across global platforms. Being a strong contributor within Twining’s Tea Co. Ltd, Blockbuster Entertainment Inc. and Amazon has afforded me the rare opportunity to be at the forefront of cutting edge business opportunities and technologies. I continue to enjoy the privilege of honing the skills and talents I have acquired over the years while also seeking to expand and grow with each new season. I began my career following my passions for understanding and designing complex and unique Custom Automated Equipment and Integrated Systems across Manufacturing, Assembly and Supply Chain Fulfillment business segments with proven success working within the food, pharmaceutical, textile and e-commerce industries. I have challenged myself consistently to expand my capabilities by leading technical and operational teams while delivering a great experience for my customers. I have listened attentively and engaged with numerous successful mentors, recognizing the value of the experience and wisdom they provide in my efforts to never grow stagnant or complacent. I continue to leverage my skills and passions, growing internationally while keeping my moral compass for always helping others to succeed without seeking personal gain from their accomplishments. I decided to take some time off and enjoy my family this summer after 11-1/2 years leading teams with Amazon. I am honored and excited to announce that I and my family have joined the family at S&H Systems where I will be leveraging my experience and passions for the future while maintaining my moral compass for life.
