• Responsible for the design of hydraulic systems for the industrial and mobile industries. • Work with salesman & customers to assess their requirements needed for the project. • Conceptionally design and quote system to customer.• Project management, Project time line.• Evaluate all alternatives to assure design is functional and consider stress, speed, weight and operational safety of design.• Design hydraulic circuit, sizing component for velocity, pressures,etc.• Proportional open & close loop circuits using motion controllers.• 3-D Mechanical, structural, weldments & sheet metal design.• 2-D Hydraulic schematic layout.• 3-D Hydraulic manifold design.• Trouble shooting machines / hydraulic & pneumatic circuits and electrical• Data Acquisition.

I also created schematics for these machines in AutoCad format . I also designed a 60-ton hydraulic trim/molding press with many other secondary punch and assembly fixtures from concept to start up.
