• Work with salesman & customers to assess their requirements needed for the project.
• Conceptionally design and quote system to customer.
• Project management, Project time line.
• Evaluate all alternatives to assure design is functional and consider stress, speed, weight and operational safety of design.
• Design hydraulic circuit, sizing component for velocity, pressures,etc.

• Responsible for the design of custom industrial machines, leak testing, VC gauges, machining fixtures, welding fixtures, drilling machine, manipulator arms, hydraulic trim presses, etc.
• Work with salesman & customers to assess their requirements needed for the project.

• 2-D Mechanical detail layout.

• Project Engineer Responsible for the design of manufacturing equipment, redesigning of older equipment. also for plant equipment air compressor, vacuum pump, chilled processed water.
• Cad Drafting
• Assist in concept design.
• Purchasing production equipment.
• Process controlMaintenance Manager (1-Year) Oversee all maintenance and tool & die operation, responsible for maintenance and tool & die budgets, staffing, QRS measurable, machine down time, preventative maintenance.
