I have been working with software development in the area of manufacturing for more than 12 years. The assignments during the years have been several and of varying nature. I have long practical experience of complex and demanding work tasks, everything from third line support work to requirements owner. This helps me to calmly and effectively address new situations and what’s unknown to me.As person I am determined, accurate and take great responsibility for the tasks assigned to me. I am driven by achieving goals and not backing off on challenges. I have embraced challenges throughout my whole life and I get a lot of energy and motivation from challenges, rather than being intimidated by them. My natural curiosity and ambition to constantly evolve are tools I use to achieve the goals that I setup. Working with me is easy since I am always open to suggestions while being straight, honest and prestigeless. I value to take part of other people’s experiences and at the same time share mine with them.
