Design lead for Neon, working on a wide range of projects in a fast-paced agency environment led by our client and internal requirements. My main duties include:- Digital and printed marketing material for a portfolio of clients.- Social media assets and paid advert creation over multiple platforms for various client campaigns, taking into account brand guidelines where applicable and the legal requirements of certain sectors. - Responsive website designs; from initial scope to site architecture, wire-framing, prototyping and design. - Email layout and design; using email marketing clients such as Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp, through to fully bespoke designs.- Branding and identity design; from initial brand exploration and research through to concept design, full branding and rebranding where applicable.- Producing eye-catching creative visual assets that meet client requirements across multiple channels and platforms; press releases, Google display ads, for example.- Design and production of creative assets for the agency, such as Sales decks, Proposals and Pitches.- Participating in internal and external meetings in order capture design requirements and communicate design ideas.- Close working and communication with other internal departments to ensure shared projects are delivered on time and budget.- Contributing to new business opportunities through provision of ideas, concepts and designs.
