This is my company that I registered to run as a second income and it has gone from strength to strength. I am in a position to offer a full turnaround service to any client whether it is a simple project or indeed something more complicated. I have a full workshop including Pacer cnc. If I personally can't build or complete your project then with my wide and trusted network of contacts we can meet your requirements. I have potentially low overheads to make me competitive but my quality is first class and as good as any of the big boys can offer if not better. I can offer a full service from prototyping/fabricating including assembly, heat bending vac forming, laser cnc, metalwork, joinery etc, please let me quote for a job and I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

My duties have been to prepare batches of leather which are cut and trimmed to specific sizes ready for molding into specific tools as part of aviation seats for various airlines. These are highly labour intensive projects which require a certain skill and patience to achieve with no room for error but of course certain quantities are expected. I’ve also spent some time in the general workshop on some drilling, lathe and other machinery involved in tool work or the making of some of the kydex substrate inserts for the aviation seat parts. Daily calibration of the polyeurathane for the tools as they all have their own specific volumes and the foam has to be consistent and meet certain criteria.

Programming and running of cnc. Problem solving on the assembly and production line to improve the workflow of various items during its cycle. Designing bespoke components and units for existing clients and attracting new clients via our full problem solving and full solution capability.

I am the prototype designer for fuel linked promotions at DSL on a part time basis at the moment.

Unfortunately I am between full time jobs at the moment although on a temporary basis I am at Diam.

Time served acrylic fabricator, working on many prestigious projects. Applying my knowledge and experience to provide quality items cost effectively and to a deadline.

I programmed AXYZ CNC and developed briefs so they could be realized and ran as production if necessary. Worked closely with other departments and clients. Full knowledge of all equipment and processes used, including R&D. Point of sales manufacture and display.

Working as part of a small team who liaised with designers and worked from briefs. Produced high quality prototypes for clients such as Boots, L'Oreal and Revlon. R&D was a part of the workflow, backed up with knowledge of converting a prototype into a production model. Knowledge of traditional machinery as well as modern CNC and Autocad, and Solidworks was required. Point of sales manufacture and display.

Manufacture and testing of 35mm SLR film cassettes; Earlier Experience (Summary) I have experience with off shore drilling, rig maintenance, crane operation and Firewatching. I have also worked in the production of scaled architectural models and plastic fabrication for use in laboratory and studio equipment. I have experience in sales and driving.
