Together they generate 3.7 Million dollars in Service revenue annually. We have established a Lead Tech program that positions hands on managers into each field service area to direct activities. The Lead Techs have increased our communication directly to the Field Service Technicians and raised our level of participation as a group. We also created several reporting programs that give us the ability to manage our contracted accounts and the ability to increase our revenue stream.Our Customer Care Managers meet with our customer base on a regular basis utilizing Salesforce.com to monitor activities. Their main goals consist of keeping the customers happy providing solutions their needs. We established an incentive package that has driven efforts towards increasing Service Maintenance Contracts, and account penetration through various other Services and programs. Our Parts Department is supported by five employees that handle billing, research, shipping, hands on delivery, and Customer Consignment Management. Together we generate $3.9 million dollars of parts sales annually. We created several processes that have allowed us to manage our customer needs and increased our revenue stream 18% from 2009 to 2013.Our Dispatch & Billing departments include four employees who process 250 Service occurrences per week. Each Service occurrence includes a documented customer request, Dispatched Technician, and a final invoice for service rendered. We created a documentation process that allows us to monitor who placed each service call and at what time.
