Managing HPE’s Software License Mgmt service development and enhancement with a team of 14 -16 people, representing all business functions ranging from marketing, sales, delivery to development. Deployment of this service to 1-2 customers at a time in combination with service capability evolution is my responsibility. This includes full responsibility for budget and timelines.
