ICBD Holdings is a management company to a diverse set of health & human services, including addiction treatment centers, medical billing, mental health resources, and autism care providers. My primary focus is to build and evolve businesses and business units under the ICBD umbrella. I achieve this by:• Identifying problems, innovating corrective strategies, and deploying such strategies with a focus on building process-rich and scalable solutions.• Managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams in an effective manner that efficiently produces results.• Strengthening business relationships with a focus on increasing enterprise value, operational excellence, and future business growth.• Analyzing, summarizing, and advising on new systems, strategies, projects, and acquisitions.• Ensuring that KPls, financial, and operational results are met or exceeded.• Building an organization-wide culture of "Al First" and supporting tech-focused strategies.• Collaborating with leadership to devise strategic initiatives to assist in the development of growth, product diversification, and business reengineering initiatives.Also in this role, I serve as both counsel and proxy for the CEO:• Representing the CEO in meetings and projects, currently assigned to represent the CEO's office in the development of the organization’s latest venture, CurativeAI.• Serving as a Force Multiplier for the CEO by being the most knowledgeable on the companies and knowing the CEO's business approach to address issues.• Triaging leadership questions and concerns on behalf of the CEO.• Supporting the CEO by providing vetted, timely & important data across companies.• Reinforcing key priorities and projects in partnership with the CEO, working with other functions & stakeholders as required.
