Entered the company as a Healthcare Recruiter and was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring and placing healthcare professionals throughout the state of Colorado. Acquired new healthcare contracts through various sales and negotiation techniques while advancing current business relationships.Promoted to Branch Director and managed daily operations of the Colorado branch. Developed and implemented results oriented and team building sales and marketing strategies. Handled all budget, advertising and payroll duties. Lead and inspired staff of over 100 employees to high productivity and commitment while exceeding $780,000 quota.

Started career in role of Account Manager and achieved an average of 172% of sales quota through cold-calling, presenting and lead management.
