Provide detailed support in the commissioning of new & upgraded Oil & gas measurement streams on board, verifying performance & compliance with requirements.

Manage a team of 17 direct reports consisting of Metering Technicians and Engineers at all levels, maintaining Fiscal Metering stations located Onshore & Offshore for Oil & Gas production covering 3 Terminals & 50 plus platform/well sites. Identifying system development requirements for both new & ageing infrastructure, providing engineering solutions to maximise efficiency whilst meeting the requirements of the commercial contracts, in line with company policy, legislation & industry standards. Assist & promote the development of the safety culture throughout the organisation, encouraging team & individual involvement ensuring the daily tasks of the team are performed in a safe manor.

Manage a local team of 11 direct reports consisting of Metering Technicians at all levels, maintaining Fiscal metering stations located Onshore & Offshore for Gas production covering one Gas Terminal & 31 platforms. Identifying system development requirements for both new & ageing infrastructure, providing engineering solutions to maximise efficiency whilst meeting the requirements of the commercial contracts, in line with company policy, legislation & industry standards. Assist & promote the development of the safety culture within the department, encouraging team & individual involvement ensuring the daily tasks of the team are performed in a safe manor.

Conduct planned/unplanned maintenance on Fiscal Metering systems located on the terminal ensuring best accuracy & reliability. Provide support for the offshore Metering Techs both remotely & with visits to the platforms, assisting with fault diagnosis & repair plus installation & commissioning of new systems/equipment.

Conduct planned/unplanned maintenance on Fiscal Metering systems located onshore & offshore ensuring best accuracy & reliability. Perform sampling and analysis for plant process and environmental control for the same facilities providing metering, analytical and environmental reports on a routine basis. Assist with commissioning of new systems & equipment.

Supervise the day to day running of the 'Production Test' area, coordinating maintenance of test systems, equipment & facilities ensuring maximum reliability. Identify new testing methods & technologies to improve efficiency & capability.

Liaising with customers to turn their ideas into quality products, project management from circuit design, building & testing of prototypes through to full production in line with required manufacturing standards.
