I served the organization by supporting the transformation of the officer training corps program, establishing a best-in-class talent base, and implementing effective recruiting tactics to support the growth and needs of the USAF. In this role, I taught 3 courses on Air Force culture, air and space power evolution, and leadership and management. In addition, I conducted lectures, led guided discussions, and created experiential learning scenarios enabling students to master materials and practice leadership skills. I successfully designed and deployed a 1200-student training program that enhanced leadership, reduced training time, and eliminated non-value-added activities. As a recruiting manager, I oversaw and led activities across 16 colleges and universities, spanning 50k+ students.
