Manage all aspects of structural framing product lines, such as designs, orders, production and fabrication. Manage projects to assure proper quality and timely completion. Support sales staff in on site customer meetings, gathering project data for design completion and submittal.Gain and grow relationships within strategic target accounts creating open doors to new business for all sales staff. Grow non-core business to allow for more diverse and balanced work load. Customer direct consulting of facility layout, lean, work stations and ergonomics to allow for more efficient and effective process flow.

Manage all projects from concept phase through installation phase, Attend customer sales meetings to discuss proper ergonomics and system design needs, Prepare concept drawings for design approval, Prepare bill of material and project budget forms for costing approval, work with suppliers to get parts quoted and ordered for fabrication, work with project technicians to assure correct and complete assembly and packaging of projects, work with field technicians to assure correct and complete installation of projects, Manage on-site project installation of large, complex projects

Prepare Architectural working drawings from Schematic Design phase through Construction Document phase, Prepare Civil Engineering working drawings from Preliminary Concept phase to Construction Document phase, Prepare Architectural and Civil Engineering working drawings for Bid and Permit, Prepare Facilities Management working drawings and Manage all Facilities Information throughout the life of the project, Prepare transmittals and confirmation letters for sent files, creating and maintaining job folders and files.

Prepare Engineering drawings for architects approval and for field personnel, creating and maintaining all job folders and files, maintain all archive drawings and files.
