With over 30 years experience across a range of companies including some of the largest machinery dealers and manufacturers in the world, I am quality focused leader who concentrates on creating an environment of performance, to ultimately deliver profit. This is achieved through developing clearly articulated objectives and linking business activity to these, while simultaneously building and developing relationships and skill sets within staff and other key stakeholder who are charged with executing this activity. I have developed and refined this ‘methodology for doing business’ while leading a team to increase Caterpillar’s market share by over 20%, working within the Hitachi business to secure some Major/Key account business (Local Govt and Australian Defence Force) and leading the Case business where sales doubled with major dealers during the 2016-2017 period.My ability to understand both retail and wholesale models, expertise in dissecting complex financial modelling, my personal approach to “bringing people together’, coupled with my proven track record of producing real results on the bottom line ensures that I stand out from others.
