I accomplish this by developing an organizational culture of excellence, shared trust and accountability, leader development and empowerment, and by constantly focusing on the training and organizational readiness of the unit while ensuring the preparedness of the individual and their family.I strive to challenge myself in everything I do; from the classroom to training for combat, improvement is always the goal. The Army constantly challenges my comfort zone and forces me to adapt as a leader to find the strategy or solution to a wide variety of problems each and every day.
